Hi my name is Sandi and I live in Rhode Island. My sister Cara lives in CT, and helps me with the housing and co-ownership of my breeding pups. I am not a broker, only a small hobby breeder, but, it helps to share the housing so that they can be kept inside the home with us. We strive to breed happy, healthy, and well socialized pups. All pups come with their first shots, several de-worming treatments, and a health guarantee. Most adult are AKC registered. I also have some adults dual registered with AKC and CKC. Or AKC and APRI. All pups tails are docked and dewclaws are removed. All parents, and some grandparents live with us in the comfort of our homes. I stand by my pups and enjoy talking to customers, or answering any questions or substancial concerns that may arise. I love to hear from our extended poodle families and receive those cute little updated pictures too!! (NO BREEDING RIGHTS) I have thought this over very carefully and have found that many dogs that I am selling to "IWANT THEM AS A PET ONLY PEOPLE" have been untruthul to me. I see my lines cropping up all over the New England area. I do not have a problem with people breeding but dont tell me otherwise. I recieved a call, from a buyer and she has a 4pd female from me that she wanted to breed with a Bichon. I was appalled and scared. This is a person that bought as "PET ONLY"!!! So I am forced to change my policies. I will no longer offer full registration unless other arrangements are made with me and the buyer.
When pups are born I hold and coddle them, so there is an easier transition when mom is taken away. If all is going well and everyone is healthy then I move them to their own kennel at 5wks of age. They are introduced to their own food and to a litter box. I have found the litter boxes to be the most healthiest of environments. Their living quarters are kept clean and tidy. All puppies will go home with food, toys,treats,and of course their own hand made blankie!! I request a 200.00 non refundable deposit on pups, and balance paid by CASH OR POSTAL MONEY ORDER at time of pick-up.
HEALTH & TRANSPORTATION: All of my puppies will be thoroughly checked by a RI Licensed Vet. I require that the pups be rechecked within 72hrs.if they have to be transported via air.Transportation can be scheduled by the buyer or myself,whichever is the most comfortable to the buyer. TRAVEL BY AIR IS USUALLY 300.00 WHICH INCLUDES STATE HEALTH CERTIFICATE, PUPPY CARE KIT, CRATE, BLANKETS, TREATS, AND TOYS. These are my moms and dads
